Privacy notice

Enquiries: when you send an enquiry we store your name, email, optional phone number and message, with the consent wording you agreed to, and pass them to the agent or agency named on the listing. Enquiries on demo listings are stored for testing and sent to no one.

Saved homes and searches stay in this browser. If you sign in, they are also stored with your account so they follow you to other devices, and saved searches can send you email alerts if you turn them on. Remove them on the Saved page, or delete your account on the Account page.

Recent searches: the last 10 searches you ran are kept in this browser so you can run them again from the home page; remove them one by one or clear them there. If you sign in, your last 20 searches are also stored with your account so they follow you to other devices, and they are included in your data download.

No advertising or analytics scripts run on this site.

Maps load tiles from the map provider named on the map (and satellite imagery from the imagery provider when you switch to Satellite), which receives your IP address.

Privacy settings

There are no optional cookies to manage. Signing in sets a session cookie that only keeps you signed in. Product news by email is off unless you tick the box on your Account page, and you can untick it at any time. On the Account page you can also download a copy of your data (JSON), turn off all email alerts, sign out everywhere or delete your account. Without an account, clear saved homes with your browser’s site data settings.
